Dear diary, STR keeps banning all the spammers I want to ban. When will I get my first spammer?

I'm confused. There's a button next to each post titled "Report this post to a moderator". I though I was the moderator, so I should be allowed to actually DO something about the post, such as delete it, or edit it or something, but there's nothing. The only thing I could do was send a warning to the user So am I a moderator or not?

Eh... you are moderator.
I also still see the report button, that's normal.
I think moderators need to be assigned to forums. Too much work I'll just make you guys administrators
