I can't open redstonechests on this server. Is this a server problem? on my bukkit server it worked properly.
and i get hungry very fast, where can i change that?

Trapped chests aren't implemented and hunger too quick is a bug with a corresponding issue for it.

Excessive food depletion speed is fixed via commit 35dc056f0350c5fda178d0c28230f0a6b0feabbc @ GitHub.
