Got a little question left, Is there a Plugin thread for the Default plugins?
Dont know what TransAPI, APIDump etc are doing.

There is no dedicated thread for those, as far as I know.

TransAPI is useless at this moment, it was supposed to provide some basis for translations, but it doesn't work too well and the overall idea behind it is flawed.
APIDump is for plugin developers, it creates the plugin API documentation. Exactly what is here: http://mc-server.xoft.cz/LuaAPI/

The idea behind TransAPI is OK, but the implementation is terrible
