Is there a tutorial on how to make plugins?
If not can some make a tutorial? I have experience with Java but I don't know c++

Plugins for MCS are written using Lua, which is a fairly simple yet quite powerful language. There is a tutorial AND an API reference available here: http://mc-server.xoft.cz/LuaAPI/
Note that the webpage is automatically updated every night to match the current nightbuild executable.
