There's an bukkit plugin for that

Everything can be dropped from mobs, depends on the biomes, weather, time, etc.

Seems pretty straightforward, only it would be great to either use the same configuration file as the Bukkit plugin, or at least be able to import such a configuration file.

Don't need to be the same file, I use now a skript on bukkit.
