To be honest, I don't think MCServer PE would be a good idea. There are still many problems with the PC server that needs to fixed and Pocketmine is already low-level and mainstream. Creating a PE version just wouldn't be ideal right now.

Just my two cents.

Im creating a new Concept and wont "steal" anything from MCServer

But if someone is interested to help is he welcome

Remember MCServer is Apache Licensed, so you don't need to ask before using stuff - as long as you credit the project you can use anything you like.
