Now, I know a little bit more about the bug. Today, my server crashed 3 hours later after the last player had left the game.
A few minutes before MC-Server crashed, I changed some rank and permissions-settings. Then I refreshed the webadmin-page (ranks) a few times and kept the page open for a few minutes. While this time, the server shutted down and restarted (due my script, I wrote)
