I'd like to ask about our current Coveralls integration. It seems to me that it's very broken:
- The CI step almost always stalls and doesn't process anything, thus leaving PRs in "build pending" state needlessly
- When viewing the status of the project, ALL cpp files report 100% coverage.

So what is the point of having this at all? Could we either fix it or disable it?

I'm not really sure. It certainly is broken ATM. I think is the main person who manages it?

I was. I've left it bit after compleatly fainling to get unit testing as a major part of the project. If you want to remove it from travis, feel free.
