We used this one on the previous forum. If there is no 1.8 version I heard you can just change the compatibility version somewhere in the plugin. 1.6 plugins should work with 1.8.

The syntax of this plugin seems to be a little different. you just put the language in brackets and start coding

Okay the coolcodes plugin doesn't quite work here. could you do something about it?

Using CoolCodes would be less ideal. It would break every post that uses [shcode].

I disabled the coolcodes plugin

I activated the live threads plugin. I also activated live threading on the "What we're doing" thread

I see that the syntax highlighting now activated as well

Yes. It took a little time porting the plugin and the lua brush. But here it is. What about activating the dark theme for syntax?

I'd prefer not to since I it wouldn't look good with the forum theme I have enabled for me. Looking at how the default theme looks I don't think it would look great there either.

But source code is easier to read that way
