I think a post like this should be enough, but perhaps have it it Cuberite Development? If nobody has an objection to that then I'll move and stick it

That depends if we also want the finished ToDo lists in here. Because then we have the Network API, Terrain generation, Groups and permission refactor and probably more.

Done, but I'm not sure if the Features and missing features thread should be in here. Sure, it's pretty much a ToDo list, but it's just there for people who want to know globally what Cuberite is capable of.

I've taken care of "Features and missing features" by adding a short paragraph. What do you think?

The first 3 posts don't look like ToDo lists to me though.

I guess they are more for discussion purposes, but they do show what was planned to be implemented. And of course they have a different format compared to your ToDo lists
