Hm, the code is not showing up on the old forum. Are you sure you edited the templates for the "Apart" theme, and not the default MyBB theme?
Most likely since all pages (index, show thread pages, etc) are all separate as template. And since you guys see the "forum is disabled" message the template doesn't work there yet
There should be a "headerinclude" template in an "Ungrouped Templates" category that is used by all pages. Try putting the code there

Okay, done
It seems that we somehow lost the syntax highlight coloring for the shcode tags. The code blocks are still in monospaced font, but are no longer colored and there's no box around them as used to be. Perhaps a CSS issue, or some file is missing?
