I'm new to this whole kind of thing, and I'm having trouble getting started. I've forked and cloned the repository, but I'm not sure where to go from here to get everything running. I have cmake, but I'm not sure what to do with it.

If someone could help me out, that would be great

Running Windows 10 64-bit

We have a Windows compilation guide here. As explained in that guide, your next step is running "cmake .".

What is your intention? Opening Cuberite in Visual Studio or merely compiling? I just noticed that the guide does not completely cover the latter intention.

Also note that you can use pre-compiled builds from the homepage, you don't need to compile yourself.
