We cannot link to specific API commands. Only links to the classes are possible, e.g. there exists a link to cPlayer: http://api-docs.cuberite.org/cPlayer.html. But there is no link for cPlayer::Freeze.

Make this a feature request issue at the main repo (for the APIDump built-in plugin)
