Sometimes I go on localhost:8080 to change a setting, and the website will refuse to connect. Usually after I've restarted the server, whether it's from the console or the website. I have to close out the console itself and start the website. This is extremely annoying as whenever it refuses to connect I have to manually shut down the server and turn it on again. Restarting doesn't work.

Any solutions?

I haven't seen such behavior yet. I can use the webadmin both on my RasPi-based server and on my Win7-based server without any problems.
