I'm working on one literally as we speak.
So far I have a lot of the gameplay implemented, though the shops need to be rounded out a bit more, the two big things I have left to do are a) administration stuff like resetting the map and b) getting explosions to not destroy the map itself (and c) implement scoreboards, but I'm pretty close on that).
Anyway, I don't know exactly when I'll finish, but I'm hoping to have a beta out in a few weeks. Granted, I said that at the beginning of July, but I think I'm a lot closer now than I was.
