How much this core affect vanilla minecraft mechanics? Im hosting vanilla survival server and this is very important. Maybe there is some broken farms etc.

There is a big chance redstone contraptions will break when moving from vanilla to Cuberite. Cuberite still has a lot of things that have to be done. Lately progress has been pretty slow while vanilla is still actively developed which will only cause the difference to grow.

We have this post which tries to track the features Cuberite has, but it hasn't been updated in a while, so it's a little out of date.
