anyways, im moving my server to papermc on my laptop because of some missing commands
i managed to get the world transferred, but all chunks were reset
is there any way to preserve my builds? A good chunk of time was spent on builds!

I assume that PaperMC works with the new taller worlds (where you go from -64 to 300something). It's possible they might not be able to read Cuberite's chunk files because we don't have the chunk version saved.
You could try loading with a 1.12 or 1.13 version of PaperMC/vanilla to load the chunks first which will hopefully convert the chunks. Another option could be to save your builds using WorldEdit to .schematic files and then paste then into PaperMC using their WorldEdit plugin.
