how to you add a plugin that dosnt call a handle command, do you put it in a seperate folder and add it to the settings.ini?

No. All files in the core folder belong to the core plugin. Place your own plugin files in a separate folder named after the plugin, all files in this folder will be loaded when added to the NewPlugins in settings.ini

the plugins with no commands like the mine cart track plugin, the fire plugin, the lava plugin, the tree plug, and the cacti plugin. how do you add them, seeing how they dont have any bindable commands
