I was able to connect and can download the files.
You only waited 10 seconds tiger, it was just coming back

Not really, when it's available, it will produce builds, when it's not, the builds will take another computer, and if none available, fail.
Both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows builds are now available.
All of the new builds are on the homepage, but raspi builds have not yet been migrated.
Hard float raspi builds have been moved to the new server, and soft float builds have been temporarily discontinued as the Pi they run on is playing up.
armhf builds now have a build id.
