Well, it isn't too high on the priority list, but it's not that difficult to add, so why not?
It's a good starting task for newcomer programmers, so I could list it in that thread

I'm against implementing this RCON thing in MCServer because I'd rather have people using and writing plugins for the webadmin interface which is superior to a commandline based RCON

i'm fine with that just the query or what they call it is something i would like to see.
