alright every time i try 2 log on 2 my server it says connection refused what do i need 2 do? PS i new in server making
are you remembering to type your server's port after the IP, if you're hosting on the same PC as you're playing on and you havent changed the port in settings.ini, try connecting to:
127.0.0.1:25565

so i can connect to the 127.0.0.1:25565 but if i type my ip and then prot it still says connetion refused

yes and how can i solve the refused thing ?
Just re-read what you put, so you can connect on 127.0.0.1 but on your network IP it doesnt work? what OS are you running and do you have a firewall up?

yeah im on the test server now

yeah im on the test server now

i dont know what OS mean and i have firewall up
OS means Operating System and you will need to make an exception in your firewall for port 25565
