Browse a bit of code found that this is because the newly added acacia trees and dark oak did not implement.
Maybe i can accomplish it.

They still make sound when i rightklick them, but i cant activate them with redstone...

@tiger Possibly. Problem is that we don't have any tests. Would you mind finishing the decoupling of the simulator as you know what needs testing so that I can write some unit tests for it?
