All the old settings seem to be intact.

I think this needs some real-time communication. I guess we (Mathias, FakeTruth, Me) should meet on our mumble server and move the forum together.

I think IRC would be enough. SphinxC0re needs a full backup of the current forum (files and database), that he can use when following the instructions I posted.
