RE: Pseudo Worlds? - xoft - 05-08-2015 No, I'm afraid all of it is just theoretical - we think it should work, but no-one has actually tried it. Also note that changing the readwrite world will not reflect the changes to the readonly world live, rather, only after the players log out and back in, or move away so that the chunks are reloaded. RE: Pseudo Worlds? - NathanFlurry - 05-08-2015 @xoft - Works like a gem. To anyone who runs across this thread, here's all you have to do: 1. Copy a world. 2. Remove the region folder of the duplicate world. 3. Make sure you are cd'ed into the duplicate world's directory. 4. Execute this: Code: ln ../original-world-name/region ./ -s 6. Create a world with the name of the alias world. 7. Restart your server.
