I just realised that we also need another DNS record - can you add a TXT record to the root domain cuberite.org with the contents

Code:
v=spf1 include:sites.nearlyfreespeech.net ~all

RE: MCServer Mailing List - worktycho - 05-15-2015

Whats the process for sending an email to the list?

RE: MCServer Mailing List - bearbin - 05-15-2015

There's an online form. Do you want to have access?

RE: MCServer Mailing List - worktycho - 05-15-2015

Unless someone else whats to handle releases, I'm going to need to announce them.

RE: MCServer Mailing List - bearbin - 05-15-2015

SphinxC0re says that he wants to do some newsletters, but I'll add you as well.

If you subscribe to the list I should be able to email you a password.

RE: MCServer Mailing List - sphinxc0re - 05-15-2015

We should BTW adapt the design of the landing page to the subscription page

RE: MCServer Mailing List - bearbin - 05-15-2015

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean at all. Could you explain?

I'm afraid I have no idea how to do that, I only have a "webadmin" interface with a few edit boxes for the basic settings. I'll have another look and talk to the hosting providers about this.

RE: MCServer Mailing List - xoft - 05-15-2015

Am I mistaken in my assumption that it has something to do with email spam protection, listing the source domain as "allowed" to send email for our list?

RE: MCServer Mailing List - worktycho - 05-15-2015

Nope. That's exactly what its for.
