Why is there a per-world chat? - tonibm19 - 09-14-2013 Why do you made a per-world chat? I thing it would be better to make a server chat, or made it configurable. It can be integrated into core, I can do it if you want. There could be an option in settings.ini to turn per-world chat on or off. RE: Why is there a per-world chat? - tigerw - 09-14-2013 Tonibm, I don't think we should integrate random stuffz into Core. In my opinion, it should only have the bare basic commands. RE: Why is there a per-world chat? - xoft - 09-15-2013 Well, on the other hand, what is the vanilla behavior? Is it per-world chat or global? If it is different, then it's worth either making it the default in MCS or implementing it in the Core. RE: Why is there a per-world chat? - bearbin - 09-15-2013 It's global. RE: Why is there a per-world chat? - xoft - 09-15-2013 Therefore I'm inclined to have this implemented in the Core, possibly configurable. RE: Why is there a per-world chat? - tonibm19 - 09-15-2013 I can do it but I think is better to implement it into MCServer not Core. |
