For Windows:
Download the archive with the latest version from http://mc-server.xoft.cz/
Extract it and run MCServer.exe
For Linux:
Download this if your system is 32 bits or this if 64 bits.
Extract it and run MCServer

I started the server
but I can't come writes bad login
it is possible to correct?

1. Make sure you download the latest version of MCS, its the bottommost file.
2. If still nothing, make sure you are using a paid Minecraft account.
3. If you are, then I don't know
- disable authentication in the settings.ini file, change Authenticate=1 to Authenticate=0

Well ...
In Russia have always been really interesting server minecraft, but they are few. Many of these projects are dying because they attract very few players and become uninteresting to their creators.
