Upload it inside MCS folder. Where the MCServer executable is.

Now on my Server in the Log:
You do not have the 'core.build' permission,
thou can not build.

What can I do?

I upload the new world and chose it on the Server (Respberry Pi) and Restart Server, but I have also the old world.

What can I do?

Remove it from settings.ini

Maybe it's the default world with the name "world" so each time he restarts the server it adds "DefaultWorld=world"? If that's the case then you just have to rename the "world" part to your new world.
