We could migrate to TLS for free.

Yes, it's in the plans. There's also StartTLS which provides TLS certs for free to open-source projects.
The only problem is that, since I'm the domain owner, they require my home address for registration, and I'm currently kinda homeless. We'll sort it out in august.

We could even migrate for free now (startssl).

But we should get SSL for everything, once xoft gets a permanent home again.

Cloudflare would be a solution for activating HTTPS on the main Github Pages site for free. Github Pages would work out of the box, since Github already has a certificate. The forum and other subdomains would need a SSL certificate, or then we could use Flexible SSL instead of full SSL. http://cloudflare.com

I could setup Cloudflare for the cuberite.org domain and give the Cloudflare login details to e.g. xoft.

Alright. Smile Just wish Github Pages would support HTTPS without third-party services.Tongue Maybe that'll happen some day.
