The last email I got from the forum is from the beginning of september, nothing since.

RE: Tried to upgrade forum - DrMasik - 09-30-2015

Maybe I can do to help with the email settings?

FakeTruth should probably contact his provider. Or perhaps he should create a simple php website where he tries to use the mail function.

This forum is so old. Why not switch to another one or just to a newer MyBB? Sure we would lose all the previous threads but we could transfer the most important ones manually.

RE: Tried to upgrade forum - NiLSPACE - 09-30-2015

I doubt it would be that easy.

What about switching to a newer technology and a more dynamic way of collaboration? https://github.com/NodeBB/NodeBB

I would could it.

Try to use phpBB.

RE: Tried to upgrade forum - sphinxc0re - 10-07-2015

That was something I thought about, too. There is actually a really nice, really flat theme for it written completely in bootstrap.

Email still isn't working. Did you ask at your host already?
