I believe you have to change the food saturation level for that (see cPlayer:SetFoodSaturationLevel)
I believe that level decreases overtime though.

After the spawn, the player is had less than 5 minutes before "die" of hunger

After rebooting server all works fine. Uptime more than 7 days before rebooting.
