hi
i'm looking around and found no vote plugin
i think, this is very important for great server projects...
it should be able to:
on command "/vote":
send player a msg with different links for voting for the server
on player votes:
- give them (an) item(s) / potion / hunger / effects / whatever
- send messages to player / to all players (configurable texts)
- give player ingame money (or/and let the plugin execute server commands...)
it should include a lot of websites, disable/enable via config
e.g.
http://www.minecraft-serverlist.net
https://minecraft-server.eu/
http://www.minecraft-serverliste.com/
http://minecraft-server-list.com/
http://www.minecraft-servers-list.org/
i have no idea, how the vote system works. Hope it is possible to do this as a plugin.
On the other hand: It would be nice, to have a HOOK for plugin developers...

it's not a plugin to vote for server settings, etc. it's a plugin to reward upvoting the server on popular server lists

Basically Implement Votifier (https://github.com/vexsoftware/votifier/wiki/Protocol-Documentation) via the plugin api. i think server lists want to have communication exactly like defined, so we should stick to it.
