Depends on your definition of Latest
The latest that is considered stable is rev 236, downloadable at the official site, www.mc-server.org . The latest experimental build is rev 300 at http://code.google.com/p/mc-server/downloads/list?can=1 I highly recommend not using that build though, because it has known problems.
And of course if you build from the sources, you'll get the very latest version, but at the cost of unknown stability. Right now though, i personally consider rev 306 to be a much better choice than rev 300.
I'm working on setting up nightly builds for windows, when it's set up, I'll post the address and instructions to this forum.

I have trouble understanding that question, but I believe you're asking what version of minecraft the server rev 236 supports, aren't you. The answer is Minecraft version 1.1.
