Not sure if that would work, mesa is a rather hilly biome and villages don't like hills.

I think we could compare mesa biomes to savanna biomes. They are mostly flat, but thanks to the plateau versions they can look hilly.

I added alterations to the GrownProt generator, together with other tweaks. Go have a look at it, I think it's now really close to Vanilla Smile

what is this cyan biom?
I like how rivers are connecting oceans. Smile

The colors used are the same as in AMIDST, cyan is swampland.

I finaly had time to try the GrownProt biome generator, and I love itBig Grin

Hmm. The way rivers generate might have to change composition wise. If rivers generate in a biome that is pretty high like extreme hills then it looks weird:
