It ends somewhat late, will the people still have enough energy? Will there be a morning schedule as well, or is it an afternoon-only event, is everyone an evening person? I wouldn't have problem starting as early as 8:00, after all, my hotel is about 500m away from the place Smile

There is a plugin hackathon in the schedule, so let's corner up some ideas that we think could be done in that session. The requirements are that the plugin was requested, it is easy enough to code yet interesting enough to catch attention, and doesn't require new API from the server (of course all the requirements are "soft" and can be bent slightly under reasoning Smile

I think a good format would be to add an "issue" to the agenda repo with a short description of the plugin and possibly link to sources for more information; we'll add a "plugin-hackathon" label to the issue.

I've started by creating #2: https://github.com/cuberite/MeetupAgenda2016/issues/2

And will we manage to still have our after-party in the dance hall in time? Smile

If half an hour is enough for you. It is a 10 minute walk to the dancing hall from the hackerspace

Because there will be brainstorming and so on, two questions.

1. Is it English or German? (I think the managed discussion maybe with mumble too will be English but the overall "daily" language there? But I think I can't come)

2. When do you plan to add mumble

@Schwertspize the brainstorming like the whole meetup will be in English.

I tried to set up mumble today but the whole setup at the hackerspace seems quite hard.
My current plan is to stream the whole mumble conversation to twitch as well as the board where all the talks are being held as well as a view to the table where all the people are sitting Smile

What about the actual equipment? So far I assume it'll be a small event, like up to 20 people sitting in one room; so I think having a board to scribble on as well as a projector screen would come in really handy. At least in my presentation I'm planning on scribbling a lot, and showing some pictures on the computer screen Smile
