Installing the Plugins

Im new to this server creating in minecraft and i just started a server up for me and some friends and i would really like to know how i enable the plugins so i can use them in my server

So it really was in the wiki lol ^^ i just couldn't find it, thanks

I just found out that the plug-ins was already installed and ready but i didn't try to use the /mc command ingame lol.... Thanks anyways, atleast i know how to put more plugins now tho
