Anti cheat plugin (like NoCheat)

I've tried Nodus in my server, and I can fly and use all hacks. Can someone make a plugin like NoCheat (bukkit)?
Can I block fly at least?

There are basically no protection against any hacking, and introducing them would take a lot of time. But it is much better to implement them in the server, not plugins, as so much time would be taken. They could be configurable - it's a trade off between speed and protection.

I would love to see such a plugin. Maybe also integrated with features like these: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/anti-x-ray/
Where the mining is limited with a timer, when you mine 5 diamond ores the timer gets activated and you can't mine diamonds for the next 10 minutes or so. This stops xrayers (or at least it makes them behave like normal players.)

NoCheat plugin would be also needed because of fly hacking, speed hacking etc.

I also would love to see it, but the only hacks I think can be blocked with the current API are sprint, water and lava walking and probably fly.
Also, STR_Warrior made a plugin named anti-X, some type of x-ray, look at his github profile.

I know i contacted him about it. He says it is heavy on the CPU and he doesn't recommend it for production use.

I tried adding the hook however it was not working. The documentation only has "HOOK_PLAYER_MOVING" hook and not "HOOK_PLAYER_MOVE" http://mc-server.xoft.cz/LuaAPI/

Later on i did finish that code, never really used it though, and in the end it got lost?
More like i have no clue where i placed it, but it wasn't that hard to implant.
