Is it possible to get a sticky feature / bug list that multiple people can edit?

Something like:

New Features:
*New Feature 1
*New Feature 2

Planned Features:
*Planned Feature 1

Bugs:
*Bug 1


Maybe using the wiki. It seems there's a problem with it though.

Starting over with a new bug tracker would be great to.


Having more people involved would also be great.

It seems the bug tracker is also bugged out. lol
