cant change the spawn point even with /setspawn

i did do i server restart and its still doing that i could do a regen using the same seed but meh

there is also another prop the rank prefixs i set using webmin that came with the server are not showing up how ever this could be just my pic its a 5 year old laptop running ubuntu ssh server
