Error when using cRoot.BroadcastChat

I have some code that is basically this:

local ChatMsg=cCompositeChat()
    :AddTextPart"a"
    :AddTextPart"b"
cRoot:BroadcastChat(ChatMsg)

When I do that, I get this:
