I get this a lot when running MCServer on a Raspberry PI 2.
In my case this is a follow on error after a deadlock take down.
Err [19:29:21] Deadlock detected, aborting the server
Err [19:29:25] D: | MCServer has encountered an error and needs to close
Err [19:29:25] Details | SIGABRT: Server self-terminated due to an internal fault
In 1 of 5 deadlock crashes it somehow corrupts an mca-file. One time I've experienced a corrupt player file after a deadlock.
A good way to reproduce a deadlock on the Pi is to save something i the web interface while someone is running around in the world, but it happens now and when if you just play around in the world.
I'm running a git pull from the 5th of Mars and I compiled it on the Pi.
