Hmm. I don't know, I can't figure it out with just the log. Please get the latest version from here http://mc-server.xoft.cz/
Then run MCServer.exe with the /cdf parameter like so:

cd MCServer

./MCServer.exe /cdf

When the server crashes, please send the dump file, it looks like crash_mcs_<randomletters>.dmp
