As far as I know, MineServer is more or less dead. That's the reason I moved away from it and started looking for another server again (and found mc-server 
If you're thinking along the lines of "take their source, put it into mc-server", let me tell you, forget all about it. The two are done completely differently, making a source file of one compatible with the other is worse than a complete rewrite.
