I managed to compile ToLua++ out of the sources we have, and then I even managed to make it do what we need - add AString to the predefined string types. So I committed it back to the SVN.
If you want to update Bindings.cpp, you need to recompile the ToLua++ parser from the sources in the SVN, and use that executable.
