r174 is taking a while

Uh so the hold up was me but I got things nice n tidy with the monsters and as soon as Fake can Im sure he'll release it. Sorry for the wait.

Some things of note that I added:
-Chickens: spawn during the day, dont react if they see you but run
away if hit
-Spiders:
-At night:
-Spawn and chase chase players on sight (will attack if in range)
-During the day:
-Dont spawn, dont chase players on sight but will chase and
attack players if hit

-Config files:
-settings.ini: added where one can add a list of monsters to be
configured
-monsters.ini: new config file in which one can set certain attribs
of the monsters listed in the monster list (see above) such as
attack damage, attack range, sight range and attack rate.
*currently configurable monsters are, err well the only ones that
exist

This is of course not the official release info and by no means complete. I just thought u guys deserved a sneak-peak of what is coming since u have been waiting so patiently .
