Wouldn't that get too big? Both horizontal and vertical.
I already had to manually make the horizontal width larger. And I think the whole table would get way too big if we do this for all functions.
I still think a title is better. As you said most parameters are self-explanatory. If a parameter is unclear you simply put your mouse over it and you got the answer.
