Dieing trying to setup new server

Hey guys! I've got server all up and running...connected...and lemme say this is one hell of a responsive difference between this and the original...the only problem is I can't do anything since I can't add myself as an admin. Is their documentation as to how to add ourselves as admins? Even in the console I can't change the time or anything like that but from the command line I can't use any commands. Some help would be greatly appreciated!

Also I saw a guy post some PHP code for tinymaps but it's not a .lua what good is it? Cause the size of the map seems great!
