WebAdmin custom design
#11
I've tried viewing the changed webadmin on a phone (HTC Desire Z, running Android 2.3), for some reason it moved the content below the menu. Is there anything that could be done against that?

Can't reproduce. Probably your phone doesnt support the css3 box-sizing property. Im using that because both content and sitebar are using padding so i can use percentage values with additional padding

I dont want to be like tigerw about updating windows, but updating android is free and safe if you do it well.
Some months ago, I updated my old s plus from 2.3 to 4.4 unoficially and all works better.

But will it run properly? 2.3.5 is already lagging sometimes.
EDIT:
Also I tried updating before, but I've never found a proper tutorial with working links. I'm not going to flash my phone with a rom that wasn't used in the tutorial.

It will run smooth, better than 2.3.5 if you use CM.
Your phone has more ram and cpu than mine(mine 512mb, yours 756 i think), and my phone runs 4.4.4 smoth, including google chrome (using it now). 2.3.6 was more laggy than 4.4 for me. 4.4 has been a new life fory shit phone.
Just search for tutorials, its safe if you do it well.
Were derailing the thread I guessTongue

I think I'm gonna keep using 2.3.5 Wink I'm not going to take the chance and reset my whole phone with everything on it another time.
