The wiki is outdated and is griefed by the spammers all the time.
I don't think we plan to create a wiki at the moment - API documentation is covered well by http://mc-server.xoft.cz/LuaAPI/ and there's a user's manual under construction at http://book.mc-server.org . If you could contribute some sections to the book that would be great, as it only really has the basic setup in it ATM.
