Thats not a change we can pull upstream without serious modifications. One it sets the flags inside SetFlag.cmake. rather than in the set_lib_flags macro, which is not the way the rest of the build system expects it. Secondly, it would seriously impact debugging on all gcc like compilers. And finally it would probably break MSVC builds.
